Based on feedback from the Administrator Focus Group for AISI Measures, the Teacher Effectiveness Framework document will be used as a reflection tool for data collection for AISI Cycle 4. Certain sections of this document dovetail nicely with our goals for Cycle 4: Assessment for Learning, Feedback, and Technology Integration. The document has been provided for you to examine. Data collection for teachers during Cycle 4 will need to include an opportunity to reflect on their growth in these three areas. We are suggesting, after such reflection, that 3 or 4 focus group questions be posed to the teachers that might summarize their thoughts on their learning. Your task then is to create these questions.

You will have until 2:00 to design these questions
If you have questions throughout the afternon, don't forget you can track one of us down through Chatzy!
Ning Instructions: - look in the middle of the Ning's home page under the heading "Groups"
- click on your group [e.g. Teacher #3]
- if you can't see your group, look at the bottom right hand corner of the group section and click on "View All"
- Once you have clicked on your group, you will be working in the "Discussion Forum"
- Click on +Start Discussion
- You will be given a prompt to join the Ning - click Join, and fill in the information. An email will be sent to you to confirm your email address. Once this is done, you are good to go!
- Please label the discussion thread with your group label and the question number [e.g. Teacher #3, Question #1]
You will need to create a different discussion thread for each question
This will allow feedback to be seperated for each question.

- Your task is now to provide feedback on another group's questions. Feedback should be specific and descriptive. Ask each other clarifying questions.
- This task must be done REMOTELY not face to face. This can be done in the discussion forum itself or another method of your choice.
